If an item is in stock, we aim to ship it within 3-5 working days and often your item will arrive sooner than this.
Items on backorder will take longer. If our supplier has the piece in stock, it will take up to 10-14 days to be shipped out to you. If our supplier has to make the piece, it will take up to 6 weeks to be shipped to you. Once you have placed an order on backorder, we will email you to let you know how long the piece will take.
General shipping
We use Royal Mail to send the majority of our packages (we may use another carrier if Royal Mail is on strike). We use Parcelforce to ship items outside of the UK.
UK shipping
Free delivery when you spend more than £150 – For this service, we use Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm. Please note: Next Day Delivery option is from the date of dispatch and not from the date of ordering. Please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Delivery on orders under £150 – £9.35, Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm. Please note: Next Day Delivery option is from the date of dispatch and not from the date of ordering. Please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive
Accessories – £4.99, Tracked 24. Please use this postage option if you are buying small accessories, including wig/topper grips, wig/topper stands and haircare accessories.
EU shipping
EU orders under £250 – £15, International Tracked and Signed. Please allow 7-10 working days for your piece to arrive from the dispatch date.
EU orders over £250 – £45, International Tracked and Signed. Please allow 7-10 working days for your piece to arrive from the dispatch date.
Worldwide shipping
Worldwide orders under £250 – £20, Worldwide Tracked and Signed. Please allow 7-10 working days for your piece to arrive from the dispatch date.

Worldwide customs & duties
Customers ordering from outside of the UK are responsible for paying the relevant customs duties, fees and taxes, which will vary based on the buyer’s location.

Jon Renau toppers and wigs are ordered direct from the manufacturer in the US on a per order basis. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. If we have the piece already in stock, we can ship it within 3-5 working days. Sometimes Jon Renau toppers are on backorder with the manufacturer and, in this case, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Raquel Welch orders
Raquel Welch toppers and wigs are ordered direct from the manufacturer in the UK and the US on a per order basis. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. If we have the piece already in stock, we can ship it within 3-5 working days. Sometimes Raquel Welch toppers are on backorder with the manufacturer and, in this case, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Ellen Wille orders
Ellen Wille toppers and wigs are ordered direct from the manufacturer in the UK and Germany on a per order basis. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. If we have the piece already in stock, we can ship it within 3-5 working days. Uniwigs orders
Uniwigs toppers are ordered direct from the manufacturer in China on a per order basis. Please allow up to 14+ working days for your order to arrive. If we have the piece already in stock, we can ship it within 3-5 working days. Sometimes UniWigs toppers are on backorder with the manufacturer and in this case we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Her Hair My Head human hair custom orders
Custom orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. Once we have discussed your requirements, we will advise on how long the order will take.
Preloved pieces postage
We post out all preloved pieces without the original packaging (unless stated on the listing). You will receive your topper or wig in a flat envelope or bag.
