TOPPER CONSTRUCTION 100% hand-tied. The piece has a silk top parting with a 1.5" deep monofilament area at the crown. It has a 1cm strip of PU around the perimeter and three thin strips of silicone across the parting area. There are four pressure-sensitive clips.
